Beautiful property with a unique feel. Pool and hottub area was charming although there was some road noise. Our deluxe 2 queen room had lofted ceilings on the 4th floor which was an added bonus. Really pretty lobby - can sit and enjoy fireplace and buy wine/bottled cocktails/snacks at reception desk.

From the moment I entered the hotel, it was a lovely experience. Front desk was professional, warm, and friendly. I had requested a quiet room and actually had a quiet room. They offered freshening service mid-stay to take out trash and refill coffee and complimentary water. Check out was easy, too.

Spacious room with very comfortable king bed, desk, and sofa. Nice amenities such as robe, big towels, and great shower. Onsite restaurant was very good. Online check-in made getting to the room a breeze.

I do love going to the spa, etc...but seems prices have gotten so high...the spa is quite small but always have good services. I think parking should be free for hotel guests:-(.

Nice location not too far from Oakland airport. Clean room. Quiet and dark room for sleeping. Friendly front desk. Ease of underground parking. Room was warm which we liked.

The staff is great. Really enjoyed the set up of the gym. It was small but well equipped and located in a seperate building next to the pool.
